The secret is always to strive for perfection, even knowing that it is never achieved. We do not believe in shortcuts, we are devoted to practice until we get it right. The bar is already very high, but we always seek to raise it a little higher.

We do not believe in private ownership of knowledge. What we know, we share. We always work as a team, so when we win, we all win. We are confident enough to trust the quality of our work and humble enough to accept different opinions.

We do not negotiate integrity, transparency, respect or equality. We care for each person and believe that the best way to do this is to talk and tell each other when something is working and when it is not. Each person is an integral part of the team.

Curiosity and restlessness are in our nature. We know that what we know today is not enough, and that what we will know in 10 years is not enough either. We are uncomfortable with comfort. We are not satisfied and we are always looking to learn something new and thinking about what we are going to do next.
